In this therapeutic yoga clip you'll be on the floor and will need a couple of firm blankets or towels/pillows, yoga blocks if you have them (you can sub blankets) and a couple of balls (tennis balls, therapeutic massage balls, dryer balls).

This 60 min. gentle yoga practice will help you find ease while working on lower body mobility, strength and ease. You'll need a chair and a firm blanket or yoga mat to roll up + some head and neck support like a pillow.
